All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. (outside of products)

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed for a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email or telephone.

RICAMONTES ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO / FPO / DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped with your tracking number (s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs Duties, Duties and Taxes

RICAMONTES is not responsible for customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipment are the responsibility of the customer (fees, taxes, etc.).


RICAMONTES is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, contact the shipping company to file a claim.

Save all packaging materials and damaged products before filing a claim.
